Work where the finding matters more than the deck
We are a small advisory practice that quantifies commercial problems before proposing to solve them. That requires people who are comfortable saying "the data does not support this" to a client who is paying us to say otherwise.
Four commitments
that cost us money
Each of these has, at some point, lost us an engagement or delayed our own revenue. That is what makes them commitments rather than marketing.
Evidence before opinion
Every finding we present is tied to a named data source and quantified before remediation is proposed. If we cannot evidence it, we do not assert it.
Sequence honestly
We tell clients when work should not start yet, including when that delays our own revenue. Demand generation ahead of conversion capability destroys value and we say so.
Reconcile to reality
Reported performance is checked against the client's own source systems every month. A number that does not reconcile to money received is not a result.
Hand the work over
Every engagement ends with documented SOPs and a client team able to operate without us. Dependency is not a business model we are interested in.

Roles we are hiring for
All roles carry client-facing responsibility from the first engagement. We do not run a research bench separated from delivery.
Revenue Management Consultant
Own the yield architecture workstream on hotel engagements — seasonality modelling, pricing cascades, forecast rebuilds and weekly yield governance with client teams.
Distribution Analyst
Run parity audits, build breach registers, analyse contract structures and support wholesale and marketplace remediation across engagements.
Conversion Engineer
Rebuild booking funnels — checkout flows, payment integration, performance optimisation and mobile interaction design — against measured abandonment baselines.
Performance Media Lead
Own media strategy and execution across engagements, with a hard requirement that every account reconciles to client source-system revenue rather than to platform-reported conversions.
Analyst — Graduate Programme
A structured two-year programme rotating through revenue, distribution, media and conversion workstreams, with Academy accreditation completed in year one.
