Our target standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. This statement reflects our assessment as at the date above, based on a combination of automated testing, manual keyboard testing and screen reader testing.
What we have implemented
- Semantic HTML structure with a single logical heading order on every page.
- Text contrast meeting or exceeding 4.5:1 for body copy and 3:1 for large text and interface components.
- Full keyboard operability, with a visible focus indicator on every interactive element.
- Text alternatives for images that convey meaning; decorative images marked so assistive technology can skip them.
- Form fields with associated labels, and errors identified in text rather than by colour alone.
- Responsive layouts that reflow without horizontal scrolling down to 320 pixels, and that support 200% text resize.
- Reduced-motion support, honouring the operating system preference where set.
Known limitations
We would rather state these than leave you to discover them.
- Complex data tables. Some financial bridge and benchmark tables are wide and require horizontal scrolling within their container on small screens. We are working on a stacked presentation for narrow viewports.
- Recorded sessions. Captions are available on recent recordings; older sessions in the library are being captioned progressively. Transcripts are available on request for any session.
- Downloadable reports. Our PDF reports are not yet fully tagged for screen reader navigation. An accessible HTML version of any report is available on request.
- Third-party embeds. Where we embed a third-party component we do not control its accessibility. We are reviewing these and replacing those that fall short.
Alternatives
If any content on this site is not accessible to you, we will provide it in an alternative format at no cost. That includes accessible HTML versions of reports, transcripts of recorded sessions, and the results of any diagnostic instrument delivered in a plain-text format.
Email accessibility@brandingbrandz.com with what you need and the format that works for you. We aim to respond within two working days and to provide the material within five.
Reporting a barrier
If you encounter a barrier, please tell us. It helps if you can describe the page, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology and browser you were using — but please report it even if you cannot provide that detail.
We log every report, aim to acknowledge within two working days, and publish our remediation position in the known limitations section above as issues are resolved.
How we test
We run automated accessibility checks in our build pipeline, and conduct manual keyboard and screen reader testing on new templates before release. We commission an external audit annually. This statement is reviewed after each audit and whenever a significant new template is published.
This document was last reviewed on 1 September 2026. It is reviewed at least annually and whenever a change in our processing, contracting or technology makes a revision necessary. Questions about this document should be directed to legal@brandingbrandz.com.
